Back 6 Feb 2019 EIA: Commercial crude oil inventories increased by 1.3 million barrels from previous week Below are some key highlights from the weekly oil market report published by the U.S. Energy Information Administration. U.S. crude oil refinery inputs averaged 16.6 million barrels per day during the week ending February 1, 2019. Gasoline production decreased last week, averaging 9.9 million barrels per day. Distillate fuel production increased last week, averaging 5.1 million barrels per day. U.S. crude oil imports averaged 7.1 million barrels per day last week, up by 63,000 barrels per day from the previous week. U.S. commercial crude oil inventories (excluding those in the Strategic Petroleum Reserve) increased by 1.3 million barrels from the previous week. Total products supplied over the last four-week period averaged 21.2 million barrels per day, up by 2.0% from the same period last year.
